Jehossee Farms is one of the largest parcels of land currently available on Edisto Island with approximately 484 acres of recreational land consisting of tidal marsh, 191± acres of highland and 42± acres of ponds/impoundments. The property boasts serene marsh and river vistas, an abundance of wildlife and extensive frontage on Russell Creek. It offers a diverse array of uses including farming, hunting, fishing, horseback riding and other recreational pursuits. An existing dock with covered pier, floater and piles is located on Russell Creek. Rice trunks around the impoundments allow the owner to manage for waterfowl.
