A native Charlestonian, Huger (pronounced "U-G") began his career in real estate in 1996. His broad base of knowledge and experience in both residential and land sales have made him a leader in real estate transactions on the sea islands of John's and Wadmalaw. Over the last year, Huger ranked #1 agent for vacant land sales in the CTAR Flexmls, and over last five years, he represented a whopping $48M in deep water property sales. His 28 years of competence has endured varying market conditions.
A history graduate of the College of Charleston, Huger grew up in the woods and waterways of beautiful Wadmalaw Island and has a deep connections to the rural landscape of the Lowcountry. He served on the Wadmalaw Island Planning Committee from 2004-2016 and remains active in civic projects on the Island.
Huger specializes in helping clients buy or sell rural land and recreational properties - including hunting land, waterfront tracts, horse farms and conservation parcels.
