Hale helps buyers and sellers of timberland and recreational properties achieve their real estate goals. Hale has represented over $10M of 25+ acre land sales in the last five years.  In 2022, Hale sold over 2,300 acres of land and represented transactions in seven SC counties. Hale has over eight years of experience in land sales, having previously worked with Milliken Forestry Company and Rural Land Investments. He attended the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and graduated with degrees in Real Estate Finance and Business Management. As a Lowcountry native, his passion for the outdoors includes fishing in saltwater estuaries and hunting in the woods of Williamsburg County.
