Osborne Tract

The Osborne Tract represents over 500 acres of preserved Lowcountry wilderness surrounded by other large permanently protected properties just 15 minutes from Edisto Island and 30 minutes from downtown Charleston.

A deer and turkey haven, this tract encompasses 453± acres of naturally regenerated old growth mixed pine hardwood habitat, more than 15 food plots, and an inland rice field that could be managed for waterfowl. There is a good road system in place for easy access throughout the property and a rustic 150 sq ft cabin on site equipped with propane, providing a cozy base for recreational use.
